Material
What is the material of your jewelry?
The stones are Cubiz Zirconia. The metal is Rhodium plated brass.
What is Cubic Zirconia?
Cubic Zirconia is similar to a diamond with its brilliance and crystal clarity, but it is a man-made material that is colorless, hard, and flawless. It looks so much like a diamond, an affordable alternative. To the untrained eye, it looks like a real diamond.
What is Rhodium Plating?
Rhodium is a silvery-white precious metal and a member of the platinum family. It is often used to plate jewelry because it has a shiny & white finish that gives them that real gold look. It is also hypoallergenic.
Are your jewelry Sterling Silver or Stainless Steel?
Neither. They are rhodium plated brass. If you need to see the difference, please put it beside a stainless steel item and you'll see the plating/finish are far from each other.

Yes they will tarnish in time. It is only "plated" and for any plated jewelry, even 18k/24k gold plating, the plating that covers your jewelry will inevitably wear away. You should also know that it’s hard to predict when this will happen. How long the plating will stay intact will depend on how frequently you wear the piece & also how you care for it.

Jewelry Care
How to clean the jewelry?
Clean the jewelry by mixing water & mild liquid soap. Brush jewelry gently using a soft toothbrush. Rinse well & dry thoroughly with a soft, lint-free cloth or hairdryer. Cleaning it will bring back its brilliance.
*But take note that if it is the plating that has faded, then no cleaning will bring it back.

How to store them properly?
Store your jewelry in an airtight bag/box individually. Cramming them together can cause scratches.
Are there any substance we should avoid getting into contact with?
Yes. Do not let perfume, lotion, hairspray, chlorine, salt water or other chemical substance come in contact with your jewelry. It will take out the plating and tarnish the jewelry.
I think my jewelry has tarnished, can I clean it to bring the plating back?
No. Once the plating has faded then there is no way of bringing it back. If you see a bronze tinge, that is the metal underneath meaning it has tarnished already. The only way to get it back is to re-plate them, you will need to remove the stones and only a jeweler can do that, not us.

What are your Modes of Payment?
We accept the following modes of payment:

- Credit/Debit Cards via Paypal (no add-on charge)

Shipping
Which courier do you use for shipment?
We use J&T for shipments within the Philippines.
For International shipments, all packages are shipped via DHL.
Do you ship Worldwide?
Yes, we ship to any country. Please note that all packages are subject to duties & taxes based on a country's customs import procedure. Each country has its own customs laws and the duties for different types of goods and values are set locally. Any charges that may arise from customs duties & taxes are solely the responsibility of the receiver.
Will you charge the customer the shipping fee?
Yes, all shipping fees will be charged to the customer on top of their total.
Shipping fees are as follows:
Metro Manila - ₱70.00
Provincial - ₱200.00
International - ₱3,500.00+
*Free shipping on orders over Php3,000 nationwide and internationally on orders over $500
Is there a minimum/maximum weight or number of products for the shipping fees indicated?
There is NO minimum/maximum number or weight of items since we have small products and they usually fit the standard pouches/boxes provided by the couriers.
What is the lead time for shipping?
We only ship out orders during weekdays. No shipments during weekends/holidays.
- For Metro Manila shipments, expect your package to arrive within 2-5 business days.
- For Provincial shipments, expect your package to arrive within 2-5 business days.
- For International shipments, expect your package to arrive within 5-7 business days.
*Note: Please be informed that we do not have any control regarding the specific time or day that the courier will deliver your package. If you need to check the status, please call the couriers directly & coordinate with them using the tracking number on the waybill that we will send you.*
How long does it take for you to process orders?
We will process & ship out all PAID orders made during Monday-Friday, 2pm (Philippine time) on the same day.
The cutoff time for payments is 2pm (Philippine time).
All orders that are paid for later than 2pm will be shipped the next day.
Orders paid for during Fridays 2pm onwards up to Sundays will be shipped on the consecutive Monday.

Do you have physical stores we can go to?
Yes, we do have physical stores you can visit.

Can we place orders online and pick them up at the stores?
Returns/Exchanges
Do you accept returns/exchanges?
We will ONLY accept exchanges due to quality problems and factory defects on the items. Also, we will only replace it with the same design.
